We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging.

Free from damage, excessive wear, pet-related damage, misuse, modifications, or accidental damage.

Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Products that have been used, chewed, scratched, damaged by pets, altered, or returned without their original packaging are not eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at infovylo@gmail.com and include photos of the issue. We will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your eligible product and place a new order separately.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be processed, packed, or shipped, and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
