Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, holidays, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated transit time is typically:

However, delivery times may vary depending on:

These procedures are outside of our control and may affect delivery times.

Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations and any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties required by their country.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment cannot be delivered, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Vylo is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please note that once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Vylo is not responsible for theft, loss, or unauthorized receipt occurring after delivery.
